Frequently Asked Questions

How do you actually perform the work?

In most cases, we connect remotely to one of the computers on your site and then make a connection to the Xerox machine to solve the problem. In some situations, we might have to guide you through which buttons to press on the Xerox machine.

Is it secure?

The remote access program is powered by ConnectWise ScreenConnect and uses industry-leading security technology. We are happy to work hand-in-hand with your IT provider to make sure your security requirements are met.

My Xerox Vendor or Xerox Second-Level Support couldn’t fix my issue, can you?

If the problem involves scanning, printing, faxing, copying, or setting up your Xerox on the network, we rarely encounter a problem we cannot solve.

What kinds of copiers do you work on?

Currently we support all Xerox-branded products, Cannon, HP, Ricoh, and Kyocera.

What kinds of problems do you not solve?

Since what we do is strictly remote, any problem that involves the printer needing physical maintenance or parts, is not something we can do. If you aren’t sure, please send us an inquiry on the contact page.

Where is your company based?

We are based in Golden, Colorado.

Can you work directly with my IT provider so that my involvement is minimal?

Certainly, we prefer working with your IT service providers. It usually results in a quick, easy fix.

I got a new ISP or Router and now my Xerox doesn’t work, can you help?

Absolutely, this is one of the most common issues we work on.
